Opportunity:

A large produce processing plant was looking to kick off its sustainability program and get a better baseline on resource use and opportunities.

Process:

Working with a partner firm, our collection of baseline energy, water, and waste data fed into our site assessment. Climate Positive staff investigated the plant for potential resource savings and opportunities.  We developed brief strategy statements and presented recommendations to leadership.
