Opportunity:

In launching its sustainability program, an electrical equipment provider requested energy audits with the results translated into a customized training manual to guide staff-led facility audits.

Process:

We conducted a preliminary site assessment and developed a site audit curriculum. We delivered the curriculum training with 15 staff in attendance and subsequently went out into the field for the participants to gather data using the curriculum guidance.

Results:

Client was pleased to have not just an audit but a curriculum around which to center facility sustainability strategy, building on their existing leadership training and EH&S commitments.
